It is a very efficient way to ensure you are dealing with real clients and combat fraud. There is also a payoff verification feature that is great for the same reasons. Closinglock also offers a safe and secure way for buyers to get their Earnest Money Deposits to the title company without any hassle or worry. They also allow for your clients to safley upload or link their wiring instructions to their platform ensuring accurate and safe information. Closinglock is also very easy to use and the onboarding process is great. Closinglock always makes sure their customers are comfortable with the software before leaving them on their own. **What do you dislike about Closinglock?** The only upgrade I can think of is Closinglock making their own closing software or integrating with closing softwares that title companies already use. I am able reach out to Buyers and Sellers by sending them a notification to their cell phone and email. I'm able to obtain information to help prepare for closings safe and securely. Buyers are able to wire earnest money without having to go to the bank. I'm able to obtain payoff authorization from Sellers. I can send our wiring instructions to lenders securely. If I need an Addendum to a Contract, I can send them to both parties to get signed. Closinglock is able to verify payoffs before sending it. It's a great tool for title companies to help prepare and obtain requirements needed to close. Closinglock also has a great support team that I can turn to and who follows up to help and offer advise. **What do you dislike about Closinglock?** The only downside to Closinglock is that it's not user friendly on some devises. Receiving funds through Closinglock is a feature that we do not utilize at this time, but I definitely see the industry headed in this direction and the piece of mind that can be afforded through this solution is wonderful. We use Closinglock on most of our transactions, and find the support to be there when we need it. **What do you dislike about Closinglock?** Sometimes the ID verification is inconclusive, and we need to make an independent decision. I like that we can use ID verification and send and receive wire instructions securely, as well as use it to electronically complete and sign documents. The platform is easy to use and doesn't take long to train employees. Customer support has been excellent. **What do you dislike about Closinglock?** Sometimes the ID verification does not work, or people have problems with the 2 factor auth.
