I utilize Closinglock to securely deliver full title work, verify seller banking information, and validate payoff information. I also appreciate its ability to obtain E-signatures when needed. Closinglock helps by streamlining the process for wires and allows me to confidentially ensure that the information I have is accurate. I like that it can verify identity for individuals I am working remotely with, and I can see when someone has accessed documents I have sent them. If a lender is wondering about title work that I have sent, I can re-send it to them and ensure they have accessed it. It's very user-friendly, and the layout is pretty self-explanatory. We use it for one-off documents that we need to send to our clients for electronic signing, allowing us to cancel our DocuSign subscription because we use the built-in feature of Closinglock.
