The automated task roll-forwards are the real standout for me. Each period starts off clean and fully set up, without having to manually recreate anything. For a small team managing multiple entities, that translates into genuine time savings. The interface is also very user-friendly and easy to follow, which makes day-to-day work feel straightforward. I really appreciate how quickly I can view NetSuite balances alongside reconciliation reports. Being able to communicate with my team through notes that are emailed and connected to our Zoom meetings is extremely helpful. The AI flux analysis feature is impressive and makes it easy to pinpoint issues at a very detailed level. I also find it a huge advantage that CloseCore can import saved searches and update them automatically from within the platform. Starting a new month and rolling over folders and reconciliations is as simple as clicking a button. Overall, I much prefer CloseCore to other closing software I have used! I love that a full closing review can be completed within this one program. This program allows easy integration with your accounting software for real time balances, changes, corrections. It has really made the process more streamlined. I can work on month end processes before the month ends to get a jump start on closing review and if a balance changes its easier to track and review. Closecore serves as my daily planner, allowing me to organize and track the tasks I need to complete each day. It is especially valuable during the month-end close process, as it helps me monitor assignments and reconciliations, ensuring that everything is completed accurately and on time. One challenge I have with Closecore is that updates or task changes don’t always sync smoothly, which can cause confusion when priorities shift. Improving real-time updates and notification accuracy would greatly enhance its reliability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CloseCore has a lot to like. First is the leadership time. Andrew and Albert are quick to respond to questions and requests. They are willing to work with like minded people to continually improve and enhance the software.

The Flux and AI model is wonderful. We have been using it for a few months now and have yet to see a hallucination. Depending on the accounting system you use, if you change you process to load as much information in there in the description and memos, and do not do batch entries, it it a valuable tool to complete a P&L flux and investigate variances more efficiently than you can do by hand.

CloseCore's interface is intuitive. Knowing that an account has been reconciled and having confidence that the amount hasn't changed is very useful. I would like to be able to very simply update all due dates at once and then have my reviewers dates automatically update based on the cadence already there - for example if the reviewer is 3 days after me, then when I change my dates all of their dates would change to three days after me.
