I really appreciate how quickly I can view NetSuite balances alongside reconciliation reports. Being able to communicate with my team through notes that are emailed and connected to our Zoom meetings is extremely helpful. The AI flux analysis feature is impressive and makes it easy to pinpoint issues at a very detailed level. I also find it a huge advantage that CloseCore can import saved searches and update them automatically from within the platform. Starting a new month and rolling over folders and reconciliations is as simple as clicking a button. Overall, I much prefer CloseCore to other closing software I have used! I love that a full closing review can be completed within this one program. This program allows easy integration with your accounting software for real time balances, changes, corrections. Closecore serves as my daily planner, allowing me to organize and track the tasks I need to complete each day. CloseCore has a lot to like. First is the leadership time. Andrew and Albert are quick to respond to questions and requests. They are willing to work with like minded people to continually improve and enhance the software.

The Flux and AI model is wonderful. We have been using it for a few months now and have yet to see a hallucination. Depending on the accounting system you use, if you change you process to load as much information in there in the description and memos, and do not do batch entries, it it a valuable tool to complete a P&L flux and investigate variances more efficiently than you can do by hand.

I would like to be able to very simply update all due dates at once and then have my reviewers dates automatically update based on the cadence already there - for example if the reviewer is 3 days after me, then when I change my dates all of their dates would change to three days after me. Having used FloQast before, I can say this platform took everything that made it great and improved upon it. You still get that same comprehensive set of tools for keeping the accounting folder organized, plus a checklist that rolls forward with a slick and simple UI for quick navigation. Implementation also only took a day, I do want to say that my team already has a good checklist and folder structure set up, so it made the integration process very smooth.

The pricing is a huge plus, and the continuous addition of new features at no time extra cost makes it an even better value. I'm talking about things like file management to speed up audit record pulling, automated reporting exports that let you refresh reports directly in Excel for NetSuite (and probably other ERPs as well), and transaction monitoring to help catch errors whenever things aren't tagged to your set of rules. The dev team is also super responsive through their slack channel. For any accounting team that wants efficiency and scalability at an affordable price, this is a must-have.
