What do you like best about CloseBot?

For me, it’s changed how I actually do my job. I work with clients where the goal isn’t just more leads — it’s better ones. My role is to protect their time and make sure they’re only speaking to people who are actually ready to move.

Before CloseBot, that part was always hit and miss. Leads would come in, but if my client was on a job or busy, the follow-up was delayed and the opportunity was often gone. CloseBot fixed that.

It responds straight away, keeps the conversation going, and qualifies people properly without it feeling robotic. It doesn’t just send messages, it actually handles the conversation.

When I connected it with GoHighLevel, everything became a lot more consistent. Leads come in, they’re handled instantly, and the right information gets passed through without anyone chasing it.

What do you dislike about CloseBot?

It’s not something you can just switch on and expect perfect results.

There is a bit of a learning curve, especially when you start building things out. If you overcomplicate it, it can work against you.

What I’ve found is the best results come from keeping things simple and being clear on what you actually want the conversation to do.

What I like best about CloseBot is how it actually turns conversations into booked business instead of just handling messages.

A lot of tools can reply to leads—but CloseBot goes further. It qualifies prospects, keeps the conversation natural, follows up automatically, and drives toward a clear outcome like booking a call or estimate. It feels less like a chatbot and more like a reliable sales assistant that never drops the ball.

What do you like best about CloseBot?

The thing I like best about Closebot is flow builder system that allows you to get as granular as you want for even the most complex flows and the performance, while not always perfect, is probably the most reliable out of all the different ones that I have deeply dived into over the last two to three years. And that while there are features I personally regard as non-negotiable that are missing (over some of the present features that time has been spent on) I appreciate that they have a decent API that lets us do more complex back end building to implement the things I wish were already present. What do you like best about CloseBot?

I absolutely love how intuitive CloseBot is, even for complete noobs like us. Even with minimal use of its features, the time savings and overall value are huge as the bot gets trained to handle more and more conversations. Our support team saves roughly 2–3 hours every day by offloading support interactions and inquiries to CloseBot, and only about 2% of bot responses need revision (mostly because of our own documentation, not the bot).

The integration with GoHighLevel, which we’ve daisy-chained to Slack, has been seamless. It lets us automate real-time notifications and smoothly hand off support to live team members when needed. The scenario-based conversation design also makes it easy to build natural, human-like interactions that genuinely help users, and we’ve seen amazing results in both support and sales.

CloseBot’s ability to empathize and handle nuanced conversations is honestly mind-blowing. It can even coach users or qualify leads. We’ve only begun to scratch the surface of CloseBot for sales, but as an AI support engine it continues to impress us. What do you dislike about CloseBot?

Honestly, there isn't much to dislike. If anything, our early limitations came from our own lack of knowledge rather than the system itself. Some users might struggle if they don't follow the best practices or ignore the helpful tutorials, which can lead to less effective bots. But the platform itself keeps getting easier to use with more tooltips and guidance. Bryce and the team are continuing to add the features that keep this bot the best on the market. What do you like best about CloseBot?

I really appreciate how intelligent CloseBot is. Out of all the chat platforms we've tried, CloseBot is by far the best AI agent for text responses. It's more intuitive and understands nuances well. I love the builder feature; it's intuitive and easy, making building workflows a breeze. The seamless integration with Highlevel CRM is a huge game changer for us, saving build hours compared to other platforms. I also love the debugging panel, which lets us test everything before deployment, and I like being able to use one bot across multiple subaccounts without needing to deploy multiple instances. The availability of a free tier is another aspect I love as it makes getting started smooth and seamless. What do you dislike about CloseBot?

I would have loved it to be a little cheaper for non-American countries. CloseBot seems to focus mostly on the western markets. In emerging markets where it's not used as much, asking for a couple of hundred dollars is a little on the high side. Even though it is a new technology and it's well worth its value, it'd be nice if it were more affordable for emerging markets instead of having a one fixed price for all markets. What do you like best about CloseBot?

I use CloseBot to handle our customer intake conversationally and book appointments on our calendar. I really appreciate being able to respond to customers in real-time 24/7/365. CloseBot is the best in its class with features no other similar platform has. The new agent node is an excellent feature, making it easier than ever to automate messaging with AI. Instead of granularly setting up nodes for each step of a conversation, I can now create one AI node that uses natural intuition. The initial setup of CloseBot is also super easy and takes mere minutes. I recommend CloseBot every day to businesses and rate it a 10 out of 10 because everything just works. What do you like best about CloseBot?

I run a digital marketing agency and Closebot has become the centre of how we deliver AI follow-up to clients. What sold me initially was the split between Personas and Job Flows - it means I can build a qualification agent once and reuse the logic across completely different verticals. We've deployed it across hospitality, home improvement, retail, and service-based clients, and the same underlying build approach works every time.

The knowledge base setup is genuinely quick. I can take a client website, have an agent drafted, tested in the testing portal, and handed over for transcript review inside a day or two. The testing portal is underrated - being able to pressure-test an agent before it touches a real lead has saved me more than once.

What do you dislike about CloseBot?

What do you like best about CloseBot?

I appreciate CloseBot's leding innovation and ease of use. It's great for scaling an agency and is HIPAA compliant, which is important for us.
