"Streamlined AI Data Extraction and SEO Auditing"
What do you like best about cloro?

I like Cloro's Multi-Model "Ground Truth" capability and the Query Fan-out insight feature, which provide invaluable insight into how different large language models (LLMs) perceive and prioritize information. This is especially useful for understanding AI SEO and building automated content workflows. Cloro excels in high-fidelity citation mapping, reliably extracting exact source URLs and citations into a clean, structured JSON format, making it robust for verifying AI claims and tracking brand visibility. The setup was smooth and took under 15 minutes with its unified API interface and structured output from the start. I didn't have to spend time on data cleaning since Cloro provided clean and structured JSON. Its intuitive dashboard helps test queries and see Query Fan-out logic visually. Overall, it acts as a force multiplier for my agile operations, enabling me to handle tasks that typically require a larger team with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about cloro?

While Cloro is a standout tool for AI SEO, there are a few technical and operational areas where it could improve to better support a high-scale developer's workflow: 1. Cost Predictability & Credit Transparency: Cloro uses a credit-based system where different models have varying costs per request, making it difficult to forecast credit usage in large audits. I'd love to see a cost-estimation endpoint or more granular usage alerts. A 'flat-rate' tier for specific high-volume models would be a game-changer for budgeting. 2. Latency & Async Support: The API response times are higher as Cloro waits for LLMs to generate a full response, which can lead to timeouts. A native webhook or callback system is a must to ping once the structured JSON is ready. 3. Hyper-Local Granularity: Currently supports primarily country-level targeting, adding city-level targeting would be valuable. 4. Raw Data Access: Occasionally, I need to see raw HTML or the original stream to debug specific citations. An optional parameter to return raw source data alongside the structured JSON would help with troubleshooting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Superior Response Parsing, Worth the Cost"
What do you like best about cloro?

I find Cloro much better than other tools I've tried like BrightData and Oxylabs for scraping ChatGPT responses. It loads and parses returned data with ease, making information extraction simpler. Even though it's more expensive, I believe it's worth it because it reduces wasted API requests, ensuring every request is utilized efficiently. I really like that Cloro returns a lot more responses in the shopping mode of ChatGPT. The initial setup was very easy, which is a big plus for me. Overall, I'd rate my likelihood of recommending Cloro to others as a solid 10 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about cloro?

If there is a Boolean value where we make ChatGPT go into shopping mode, it will be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless and Modern LLM Citation Tracking"
What do you like best about cloro?

I find Cloro super easy to use and appreciate the different approach they take compared to most citation trackers. It has a modern feel and I'm happy with its fair pricing. I also like the fact that it allows tracking of five different HelloLabs, which is fantastic, and their documentation is super clear. The initial setup of Cloro was very super simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about cloro?

They should include Claude API tracking. Because at the moment, you can't track Claude's API or their AI. People are using Cloudera more and more nowadays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Integration for Brand Analytics"
What do you like best about cloro?

I find cloro incredibly easy to use, and it offers a single endpoint for all platforms, which is extremely convenient. In our backend, querying ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, and Google AI as part of our brand analytics pipeline used to mean maintaining separate SDKs and authentication flows for each, but with cloro, it's just one POST request with the same payload structure regardless of the platform. This alone saved us days of integration work. The initial setup was super easy, with simple and understandable flows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about cloro?

No webhook or async mode for long-running LLM queries (some take 60-120s). We have to hold the connection open. An async mode where we POST a job and get a callback/webhook when it's ready would be a game changer for our background worker architecture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Eases Infra Management at Scale, Needs Better Concurrency Handling"
What do you like best about cloro?

I like Cloro's easy documentation, which makes it straightforward to understand and work with. It helps in saving infrastructure headaches, especially when dealing with updates on web scrappers. I also appreciate that I don't need to maintain, especially at scale, which is a big relief. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about cloro?

Concurrency limits are a bit hard to work with for the free plan. Async and sync endpoints are also a bit confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean, Well-Structured JSON Responses and an Easy-to-Integrate REST API"
What do you like best about cloro?

The JSON response is well-structured and parsed — text, citations, sources, all separated cleanly. No need to parse raw HTML like with other providers. Response time around 20 seconds for ChatGPT. Simple REST API, easy to integrate. Supports multiple AI platforms from one endpoint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about cloro?

Still evaluating, minimum plan starts at $100/month which can be steep for small projects. Would appreciate a smaller tier for testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Cloro offers a very good developer experience, which I find impressive. It's convenient to have all the necessary platform functions in a single place with Cloro. This is what makes it stand out for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about cloro?

Maybe the pricing could be improved so in some cases, the pricing may seem very pricey. But in general, the pricing can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
