I like that Clio Work is fairly easy to use and it really helps with shortening the time that a task will take, cutting down my work time for preparation of certain tasks by at least half. I also appreciate that it learns and grows with me as I learn and grow with Clio Work. One of the most valuable features is the ability to transcribe consultations and use them to prepare questionnaires, which prevents clients from having to repeat their information multiple times and really helps in reducing prep time for pleadings. Sometimes Clio Work tends to get stuck when you're trying to do something within the same conversation, especially if the thread becomes very long. I don't like that. I've found a workaround by starting a new conversation, downloading, and then uploading into a new conversation the work that it has already done to continue.
