What do you like best about ClickPost?

The onboarding process was smooth and the platform is very user-friendly. The logistics implementation was also very easy. The support from the team, especially from Akshay Sinha, was great and highly appreciable.

What do you like best about ClickPost?

I use ClickPost as our logistics management system, and I really like that it acts as a unified serviceability API, connecting with all our courier partners. It provides courier serviceability for all partners through a single API, recommends the best courier partner based on cost and ETA, and is planning to support Hyperlocal delivery. I find the platform easy to use with most courier partners integrated. The seamless integration with our order management system, Omuni, and warehouse management system, Increff, is a big plus, letting us easily do pincode mapping for courier partners based on regional utilization. What do you dislike about ClickPost?

What do you like best about ClickPost?

ClickPost makes it easy to manage multiple courier partners from one place, which really simplifies day-to-day operations.

The real-time tracking is reliable and helps us stay updated without checking multiple courier websites.

NDR handling is smoother with automated communication, which helps in resolving delivery issues faster.

The dashboard is easy to understand and doesn’t require much technical knowledge to use.

Getting started was quick, with minimal setup effort.

The support team is responsive and helpful whenever we need assistance.

It also allows some level of customization based on our operational needs.

What do you like best about ClickPost?

I love how ClickPost made our Shopify integration easy and hassle-free. Setting up last mile communications via Email and SMS using our third party apps was smooth and straightforward. The platform handles everything in one place, and the ClickPost team was the true support. They were hands-on throughout the entire setup process, ensuring everything was working perfectly. Their proactive approach made the experience wonderful. I also appreciate that it easily integrates with multiple third-party systems, and if not, they are ready to customize on their end. The team was very helpful and proactive. Given how flexible ClickPost is, we're loving the transition from Pando TMS and believe they would support us ahead. I use ClickPost as the logistics provider, and it's one of the best integrations we have. I really like the ease of use. The integration of multiple logistics partners at the same place is fantastic because we were having a lot of logistics partners, and if we integrated them directly, it would be difficult for us, but with ClickPost, it's just a config. What do you like best about ClickPost?

I really like the NDR AI agent calls in ClickPost. The model is trained well and is receptive to information from the consumer. I also find it easy to plug ClickPost into our communication platforms and trigger tracking details and other transactional communication to users smoothly. The AI agent helps us cut out manual effort on failed deliveries, allowing us to focus on more impactful and valuable tasks while automating repetitive processes. What do you dislike about ClickPost?

1. Though the NDR AI agent is great, I find some area of improvement in terms of reporting and consuming that data in the form of a unified journey. The journey is tracked separately and the recorded calls are available in a different dashboard. We need to connect the dots and make sense of this information manually, it isn't very intuitive to read and consume the data in the form of a user journey. 2. I also feel that ClickPost should build predictive models to estimate delivery dates as they are sitting on tons of courier partner data. Building proactive communication for delays or unforeseen circumstances will be very valuable for all D2C brands using ClickPost. Courier partner updates are not always reliable hence ClickPost can use their technical expertise in building this. 3. For the Returns module, it would be really helpful if we can drill down to a single unit of product within the bundle as we offer a lot of bundles as a single SKU, something which is currently not technically feasible.
