## About ClearPass
ClearPass is an AI medical scribe for doctors. Tap Transcribe and see your patient as usual, in any language, including Arabic, English, Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog or a mix inside one sentence. When you tap Stop, the clinical note is written in English, ready to paste into your EMR. Note structures: SOAP, full headings, follow-up, new patient, procedure, problem list, or your own headings written once and reused. Over 150 specialties are covered. What other scribes leave to you: when a visit needs insurer approval, ClearPass writes the justification letter from the same conversation, with ICD-10 and procedure codes, then reads it back the way a reviewer would and tells you what is missing before you file it. If a claim was already rejected, paste the denial and ClearPass names the failed criterion and rewrites the note to answer it. Ask it for more from the same visit: a referral letter, patient instructions in plain language, a shorter plan. It works only from what was actually said. Privacy: audio is transcribed and discarded, never stored. Clinical notes are not stored on ClearPass servers; note history stays in the doctor's browser, with auto-delete after 7, 30 or 90 days.
