"Beyond the Prompt with Claude"
5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

Claude is an AI tool, and its model shows more intelligence than most of the models currently available in the AI world. Its tools and features are easy to use, and its performance level is truly astonishing. The UI options are easy to find, and it offers different pricing plans for different models and different types of usage, such as professional or student needs. It’s also easy to integrate because it has different connectors and can be connected using MCPs. On top of that, Claude’s support system is available 24 hours and is genuinely helpful. Aslo after a lot of usage I have realised that it really have a lot of ROI than any other tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

Despite of great UI features, easy integrations and having nice connectors, good performance, system support or great AI intelligence but the pricing of claude is a little bit at the higher end. If pricing may reduce than then it may be more convenient for users to buy it and using it and also the customers will also increase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nuanced, Natural Writing with a Powerful Context Window"
5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

What I like best about Claude is the exceptional quality and natural tone of its writing. Unlike many other AI assistants, Claude produces text that feels nuanced, well-structured, and clear without sounding robotic or overly formulaic. Its large context window also makes it incredible for analyzing lengthy documents, synthesizing complex reports, and maintaining consistent context across detailed discussions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

The main limitation with Claude is its strict usage caps and rate limits, especially on long conversations or when uploading large files. Reaching the message limit during high-focus tasks can interrupt continuous work. Additionally, unlike some alternatives, it lacks built-in native web browsing and real-time internet search capabilities directly in the standard chat interface. "Helpful, Efficient Assistant for Writing, Brainstorming, and Everyday Tasks"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

What I like most about Claude is how helpful and efficient it is for everyday tasks. It does a great job of understanding prompts, organizing information, and helping with writing, brainstorming, and problem-solving. I especially appreciate how it can refine content, adjust the tone to fit different audiences, and provide clear, well-structured responses. It’s a useful tool for saving time, improving productivity, and making my workflow more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

One downside is that Claude can occasionally provide responses that sound confident but may still require fact-checking or additional refinement. It can also take a few follow-up prompts to get the exact tone or level of detail I’m looking for. Improving consistency and accuracy, along with providing more reliable results on the first attempt, would make the overall experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Gamechanger for start-up businesses that want to speed up"
5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

Compared to the others I feel most comfortable using Claude. I'm not saying Gemini or ChatGPT are worse, but the code in combination with the skills, projects and artifacts feel the most friendly for my personal use.

Additionally using the MCP/ Connections from Claude make it easy to connect some of the apps that I use daily for my workflows (Github, Slack, BigQuery,...) + the models I'm using have a good (enough) output for my tasks and job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

When you use the higher models the credit system is a bit "meh" while I understand everything costs something, it's hard to compare this or justify this sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boosts QA Productivity with Detailed Test Scenarios and Playwright Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

What I like most about Claude is its ability to understand complex requirements and generate detailed test scenarios efficiently. It helps me identify edge cases, improve test coverage, analyze requirements, and debug issues. It is also useful for writing and reviewing Playwright automation scripts, generating test data, and simplifying technical concepts. Overall, Claude helps improve my productivity, saves time on repetitive tasks, and supports better decision-making in my QA workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

Sometimes Claude may generate inaccurate information or assumptions, so the responses need to be verified before implementation. For complex requirements, it may require multiple prompts to achieve the expected results. It can also occasionally miss certain edge cases in test scenarios or suggest code that needs debugging. Improving accuracy, consistency, and understanding of context would make the overall experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear, Practical Answers That Save Hours in Engineering and Product Work"
5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

Claude is most helpful in my day-to-day engineering, QA, and product work. It understands technical context quickly, whether I’m planning a feature, reviewing code, writing test scenarios, or triaging customer tickets. The answers are clear and practical rather than generic. I also like that it connects to the tools we already use, like Linear, Slack, and Zoho Desk, so I can work across them without switching tabs. It saves me hours every week on documentation, analysis, and first-pass reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

The usage limits can be frustrating during heavy workdays, especially when I’m in the middle of a long task and have to wait. Very long conversations sometimes lose track of earlier details, so I end up repeating context. It can occasionally be confidently wrong on niche technical details, so I still need to verify its output before relying on it. Responses can also be more detailed than I need when I just want a quick answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Useful AI Tool for Writing and Everyday Work"
4/5
What do you like best about Claude?

I like Claude because it helps me generate ideas and create content quickly. I use it to polish my writing, simplify complex information, and get a solid starting point when I’m not sure how to approach a task. The responses are usually well organized and easy to follow, although I sometimes need to tweak a few things to get the exact output I’m looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

Sometimes Claude gives answers that are too long or not quite what I expected, even when I give clear instructions. I often have to refine my prompts or edit the output afterward to make it fit my work. I’d prefer the responses to be more consistent overall and to follow my instructions more precisely. "A Daily Go-To for QA Prep and Clear, Real-Life Explanations"
4/5
What do you like best about Claude?

I use Claude almost every day for both work and personal stuff. As a QA automation tester, it helped me prepare for interviews. It made me a day-by-day roadmap for Playwright, API testing and CI/CD that fit around my full-time job, and it explained tools like Sentry, Sumo Logic, AWS and webhooks with simple real-life examples. It also acted like an interviewer and corrected my API question list instead of just agreeing with everything. Outside work, I used it to understand my mom’s scan report and my own blood test results, to plan my fat-loss diet using South Indian food, and to build a Bible reading tracker with Tamil and English book names. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

Sometimes the answers are too long and detailed, and I have to ask again to “explain in an easy way.” It can’t open shared chat links fully, and it can’t see data saved inside the apps it builds for me, so I have to export the data and upload it again. Sometimes it asks follow-up questions when I just want a quick answer. It also reminds me it’s not a real doctor, which is fair, but it happens often in health questions. tokens was draining too much in short time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Claude Delivers Truly Usable End-to-End Work"
5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

What I like best about Claude is how well it handles real, end-to-end work rather than just answering questions. I can hand it a messy task like researching a topic, analyzing a spreadsheet, or drafting a document, and it comes back with something I can actually use, not just a rough starting point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

Occasionally it’s more cautious than it needs to be and declines or hedges on requests that seem perfectly reasonable, so I have to rephrase or add context. It can also be a bit wordy at times when I just want a short answer, though asking it to be brief usually fixes that. Finally, on long or complex tasks I sometimes need to review the output carefully and nudge it back on track. It’s very good, but not something I’d use without checking the results. "A Powerful AI Coding Assistant That Boosts Productivity"
5/5
What do you like best about Claude?

What I like best about Claude is its ability to understand complex instructions, provide thoughtful and well-structured responses, and assist with a wide range of tasks. It is particularly useful for brainstorming ideas, writing and editing content, analyzing information, and solving problems. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to use in my daily workflow. Claude handles long documents and detailed context well, which helps me save time and improve productivity. I also appreciate the quality of its reasoning, natural conversational style, and ability to adapt responses to my specific needs. Overall, Claude is a valuable AI assistant that helps streamline everyday tasks and makes working with information more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claude?

Although Claude is a powerful AI assistant, there are a few areas where it could improve. Occasionally, its responses can be overly cautious, repetitive, or less accurate than expected, requiring additional prompts and manual verification. Usage limits can also be restrictive during extended work sessions, and access to advanced features may feel expensive for users who need them regularly. Integrations with third-party tools and everyday productivity applications could be more seamless to reduce the need to switch between platforms. Performance can sometimes be inconsistent with complex tasks, and clearer guidance for new users would make it easier to discover and use advanced features. Improving response consistency, expanding integrations, offering more flexible pricing, and providing greater transparency around usage limits would make Claude an even more effective tool.
