ClassRoot Reviews & Product Details

ClassRoot is class management software for dance, music, art and enrichment studios, built by a studio owner. Families register online, sign your agreements and set up autopay in one form. Tuition bills itself each month, with sibling discounts and late fees, and payments go straight to the studio's own Stripe account. Prefer Zelle or cash? Record them in seconds, for free. Teachers take attendance on their phone. Parents tap "Can't come" and book their own make-up classes. Free trial requests follow up automatically. A parent app (nothing to download) shows each child's classes, what's due and what's paid. Messages can be translated into Tamil, Hindi, Spanish and more, and shared to WhatsApp. Ask ClassRoot answers questions like "who hasn't paid?" in plain words. Simple to run, powerful underneath: bookkeeping with a full audit trail, CSV exports, staff roles, duplicate detection and merging, and refunds and disputes synced from Stripe. No monthly fee and no contract.
