"Very user friendly system with excellent user support"

What do you like best about Clarus WMS?

It's very easy to navigate and go through with new users. We are a growing & diversifying business and it is essential that we can get people up to speed quickly and effectively. Where we have needed new aspects to WMS as we did with our new Ecommerce business Clarus really stepped up with support to bring our new service to market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clarus WMS?

For me it is the ability to create new reports ourselves. The report suite is excellent, but to be able to put together our own bespoke reports would take it to the next level. Whilst I know this is coming and in development it will really help us react quicker to and delight our clients with an increased ability to provide data insights that fit their needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Clarus WMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed to create a new charging model for our clients that simplified the charge to a charge per litre. ClarusWMS adapted the reporting to includes litres with each order line and this meant that we could provide our clients with a full breakdown of all orders line by line, the litres that were ordered by line and the charge based on their price per distributed litre. This has simplified it for our clients and they know their cost and profit as soon as orders are made and then match that with ease with a detailed breakdown and invoice that charges them what they already expect. Indeed, one of our clients uses this to make sure they have charged their clients correctly and haven't missed anything out. You know when something is good when it provides solutions to things you didn't even think about.

Also, we needed to create a different warehouse in ClarusWMS for Ecommerce and have this showing in reports completely separately in order to provide the same level of detail to our E-commerce clients. We contacted Clarus on the Live chat who showed us how to do this ourselves and within 10 minutes of us wanting to do this we had the finished result - this truly exceeded my expectations and the can-do attitute is so refreshing, a real USP. "Simple and easy to use system"

What do you like best about Clarus WMS?

The processes to use Clarus on a daily basis is simple and easy to use. Compared to previous WMS systems I have used Clarus has a feel that fits with the current market and has some great features and have seen some really benefical developments on what it offers over the last 12 months. What do you dislike about Clarus WMS?

The reporting within Clarus is exceptional, the level of data available is amazing. The only downside to reporting is the process of customising reports is not as simple as other WMS systems offer and you are not able to share customised reports with fellow colleagues. We're currently rebuilding our reporting function and the ease of use across our entire system is a focus point of Q1 (look out for the update in January!).

"Fantastic WMS"

What do you like best about Clarus WMS?

What I like best is how simple, fast and sufficient Clarus is. The team are always on there to support and I love the amount of features it has. I have implenteted this in to 5 warehouse for WS and all have been a sucess. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clarus WMS?

I wouldn`t say i dislike anything about Clarus but like everything there are always things to improve on. For example renaming the boolean fields to what is needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clarus number one"

What do you like best about Clarus WMS?

Clarus is easy not use and has fantastic support - this system makes stock control so easy this clarus has improved my working like and saved me hours which mean I can spend more time on the companies projects - I use Clarus on a daily bases for report for the senior team - Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined our whole WM Process"
