It takes away all the mundane tasks we are expected to do which are necessary but not the best utilization of the team's time. Also when you use this solution you can always have complete visibility of how your study is progressing and if there are any underlying outliers that need your attention. The best part is all this without having to chase any members for any report or injecting any reporting bias. **What do you dislike about Clario CTMS?** I won't be able to say much since this is the only tool I have used so far. However, I didn't encounter any specific action required in my study which was not achievable using this tool. **What problems is Clario CTMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps you stay in control of your clinical trial study while staying well within the regulatory framework. It allows me to stop worrying about the submission of the reports and maintaining audit trail and focus on the execution and result of our studies ### 2. An online training is enough to use the system effectively. A lot of time is saved. I have used many CTMS from different vendors, this one offers many advantages. **What do you dislike about Clario CTMS?** Integration with other systems can be problem especially if many different vendors are used is used. If it can be linked with other clinical systems, nothing like that. **What problems is Clario CTMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Study deliverables are tracked in a single place. This saves lot of time and effort. You can run reports to understand the progress of the study. It adds to the improvement of team performance. ### 5. It includes various components however each of them are pretty easy to use and understand. **What do you dislike about Clario CTMS?** There is nothing I dislike about the software however the integrations with other systems is not possible. And the prices are subject to the features required which can be on the higher end. **What problems is Clario CTMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to use the EDC system mainly. Apart from that it is being used to generate reports and for approvals. Helps the CRO, vendor and the investigators to be on the same platform. ### 6. Other than that, nothing very positive to say about this product. **What do you dislike about Clario CTMS?** - Very poor system performance and unreasonable loading time for data entry - Many unresolved bugs which causes system to frequently stall or crash - Lack of support from vendors to address queries and system issues - No audit trail (compliance risk). Version history function allows for deletion of previous version of edits. - Validation Issues, including: long validation timelines, inability to clone validated test environment to production, vendor documentation **Recommendations to others considering Clario CTMS:** Spend that extra couple bucks and work with a different vendor. Bioclinica has terrible support team for this product, which is not scalable for bigger companies, or even mid-size companies. The slow system performance results in a huge time drain for staff. **What problems is Clario CTMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Currently using Bioclinica CTMS for storage of transactional data.
