I dislike that the backend of CitrusDB is based on MYSQL, but I work mostly on MSSQL. So for me, it is a bit difficult to adapt.

The User Interface is much like Excel, which increases the familiarity and helps use the tool quite efficiently. Data can be imported from Excel, CSV format, which makes data populating quite simple.
