What problems is CitrusDB solving and how is that benefiting you?

Disparate data sources: Many businesses have customer data spread across multiple systems and platforms, making it difficult to get a complete view of customer interactions and behavior. CitrusDB helps us to centralize its customer data, making it easier to manage and analyze.

Manual data entry: Entering customer data manually can be time-consuming and error-prone, leading to incomplete or inaccurate data. CitrusDB automates many of the data entry processes for us, reducing the risk of errors and freeing up staff time for other tasks.

Lack of insights: Without access to customer data and analytics, businesses may struggle to identify patterns and trends that can inform their sales and marketing strategies. It's open source hence free to use. It's customizable also based on specific needs. Also it is having user friendly interface making it easy for use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CitrusDB?

It's having limited documentation which makes difficult for user sometimes to setup & configure. Also it's uses older technology as compare to modern Billing systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CitrusDB?

What I like best in CitrusDB is that it is Open source. Moreover, it is a web-based database that gives the platform independence.

The number of customers or users that can be registered is not limited to a value

Service Types and Attributes are also not limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CitrusDB?

I dislike that the backend of CitrusDB is based on MYSQL, but I work mostly on MSSQL. So for me, it is a bit difficult to adapt.

The backend should be platform-dependent so that using some particular keywords does not throw errors if they are not related to MYSQL Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CitrusDB?

The UI we get is pretty user-friendly and similar to an excel sheet. It is easy to navigate through. I like that it is open source and has many features like CRM, invoicing, credit cards etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CitrusDB?

It is not based on the latest tech. It uses PHP and Mysql in the backend. It is dependent on MySQL which is not the best DB choice in the current world. As far as CRMs and billing software go, there are better choices available today. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CitrusDB?

The User Interface is much like Excel, which increases the familiarity and helps use the tool quite efficiently. Data can be imported from Excel, CSV format, which makes data populating quite simple. Query execution time is faster than the other DBs in the market for this purpose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
