CitrusDB helps us to centralize its customer data, making it easier to manage and analyze. Manual data entry: Entering customer data manually can be time-consuming and error-prone, leading to incomplete or inaccurate data. CitrusDB automates many of the data entry processes for us, reducing the risk of errors and freeing up staff time for other tasks. It's customizable also based on specific needs. Also it is having user friendly interface making it easy for use. **What do you dislike about CitrusDB?** It's having limited documentation which makes difficult for user sometimes to setup & configure. Also it's uses older technology as compare to modern Billing systems. **What problems is CitrusDB solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's having centralized storage which makes easy to access and manage. Moreover, it is a web-based database that gives the platform independence. The number of customers or users that can be registered is not limited to a value Service Types and Attributes are also not limited. **What do you dislike about CitrusDB?** I dislike that the backend of CitrusDB is based on MYSQL, but I work mostly on MSSQL. So for me, it is a bit difficult to adapt. The backend should be platform-dependent so that using some particular keywords does not throw errors if they are not related to MYSQL **What problems is CitrusDB solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use CitrusDB to improve the database knowledge I have. As it is open-source, no license is required, which helps the programmers to learn and practice SQL on it. ### 6. It is easy to navigate through. I like that it is open source and has many features like CRM, invoicing, credit cards etc. **What do you dislike about CitrusDB?** It is not based on the latest tech. It uses PHP and Mysql in the backend. It is dependent on MySQL which is not the best DB choice in the current world. As far as CRMs and billing software go, there are better choices available today. **What problems is CitrusDB solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used citrusDb to keep a track of my freelancing clients and generate invoices as per my need. It served my purpose at the time but I switched to Refrens as it is more tailored towards freelancers. ### 7. Data can be imported from Excel, CSV format, which makes data populating quite simple.
