## About Chezlist
Chezlist is a waitlist and reservations platform using QR codes and text messaging to streamline front-of-house operations. It replaces traditional clipboards and buzzers with a digital system. Guests scan a QR code, enter their information, and staff send text notifications with a single button when tables are ready, allowing guests to leave and return when notified. The platform integrates waitlist and reservation management into one interface accessible via phones or tablets. Staff can view waitlists, send notifications, and manage tables from a single dashboard. It includes a calendar-integrated reservation tool. SMS notifications can be customized to match each establishment's voice, with logos, colors, and custom wording. Multi-location management allows operations across different sites from one account, with individual staff access codes. The software requires no hardware installation and can be set up quickly.
