What I like best about Chatty is how much time it saves while managing my Shopify store. It helps me quickly update products, organize information, and handle tasks that would normally take much longer. The AI is easy to work with, understands what I'm trying to accomplish, and makes my workflow much more efficient. What do you like best about Chatty?

What I like most about Chatty is that it can quickly attend to our customers and also suggest products automatically, which helps us a lot to improve the shopping experience. I also like that it is an intuitive tool and easy to configure.

But, above all, I greatly value the customer service I have received from the Chatty team. From the beginning, they have been following up with us and helping us improve the artificial intelligence so that it increasingly aligns with what we seek for our customers and the way we want to serve them. What do you dislike about Chatty?

I think they could improve the response time, although I think it's sufficient, but sometimes the response time can be delayed by about 5 seconds and sometimes people find it hard to wait, but well, that could improve a bit, make it faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Chatty?

The app is very helpful and makes it easy to reach customers quickly. It includes all the features I need for my work and supports smooth daily operations.

The support team is amazing, especially Mirra, who explained all the details clearly and guided me step by step on how to use the app effectively. Because of her great support and clarification, I decided to subscribe to the app.

What do you like best about Chatty?

I had a really good experience with Chatty. The setup was straightforward, and what impressed me the most was their support team. They responded almost immediately and helped me get everything configured in around 10 minutes. I honestly wasn't expecting such fast service. What do you like best about Chatty?

I loved being able to upload educational content along with product information and organize it into categories, so my clients could quickly find the answers they needed. I also appreciate that the bot learns about my product and background, and can interact with visitors on my site.

Having the bot is great because I'm often in a different time zone than my market. This means that my visitors always feel our presence.

I'm looking forward to learning more features and making the most our of the app.

What do you like best about Chatty?

Chatty is incredibly helpful and provides our customers with a wide range of product information and suggestions quite quickly. For a human to offer the same level of support it would take quite a lot of effort and time. I like the enthusiasm that Chatty brings and the configuration options are very extensive. What do you dislike about Chatty?

If a customer is angry or continues to challenge Chatty it will attempt to handover the ticket to a human, but our customer team does not monitor the chats real time. This causes confusion and frustration. Chatty just needs to let the customer know to contact our customer team via email for assistance. What do you like best about Chatty?

Chatty has been a great addition to our customer communication stack. It’s intuitive to use, easy to set up, and does exactly what we need without much complexity. The platform helps streamline conversations and keeps everything organised, which has made a noticeable difference to response times and customer experience.

A special mention to Hazel, who has been fantastic to deal with, incredibly helpful, responsive and making sure we get the most out of the platform. Support like that makes a big difference.
