ChatGenio Reviews & Product Details

ChatGenio is an AI chatbot and live chat platform built specifically for small businesses that need customer support automation without losing the ability to bring in a real person when it matters. Instead of answering from generic internet knowledge, ChatGenio is trained on a business's own website and uploaded documents, so every response is grounded in that company's actual products, policies, and pricing — not a hallucinated guess. It replies automatically in whatever language a customer writes in, making it a genuinely multilingual conversational AI assistant out of the box. Beyond answering questions, ChatGenio functions as an appointment scheduling and lead generation tool. It captures lead information mid-conversation, checks a business's real calendar availability, and books appointments directly — complete with a video meeting link and an automatic confirmation email — without the visitor ever leaving the chat window. New leads sync automatically to HubSpot CRM, so sales and marketing teams see them the moment they're captured. What differentiates ChatGenio from most AI chatbot software is its live, two-way human handoff. When a conversation needs a real person — a complex question, a frustrated customer, a high-value lead — ChatGenio escalates instantly to the business's support team over Slack, or through a secure reply-link email for teams that don't use Slack. The team's reply lands back in the customer's chat window within seconds, so the handoff feels like a continuous conversation rather than a dead end or a one-way alert. ChatGenio is omnichannel by design: one backend powers the website chat widget, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp, with a shared knowledge base and conversation history across every channel. Installation takes one line of code, and the widget automatically matches a business's existing site colors. Every account includes a reporting dashboard showing real leads captured, bookings made, and a deflection rate — the percentage of conversations resolved without a human — along with an estimated return on investment based on what a lead or booking is worth to that business. ChatGenio uses flat, predictable pricing built for small businesses that don't want to manage usage meters or per-seat costs: a full month free with no credit card required, then $100 per month flat, with every feature included regardless of conversation volume, agent seats, or channel count. It's built for small and mid-sized businesses in industries like professional services, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, and home services that want AI-powered customer engagement without hiring additional support staff or stitching together separate live-chat, scheduling, and CRM tools.
