Users/developers can provide sources of information to the bot in form of urls to their site, pdf, word, QnA and text.

No need to code as its a pre-built model. We can also select the type of model like precise, focused, imaginative, creative etc., which we want to use. There is also a base prompt which allows users to add the responses of the bot like greetings, style etc.

Its very easy to setup. Enables user to set visibility to public or private.

One of the most interesting feature is that it stores chat logs, which we can export and do further analysis.

It takes lot of time when I upload files greater than 1 mb as a datasource for information.

When I try to upload a pdf or a word file as source of information, it automatically cancels the upload. It grasps easily from text files, however from QnA and pdf, it stuggles a bit. As I only have to partially manage the interactions of the chatbot, it liberates me from time limits and shrinks my expenses. One of the difficulties I found with Chatbot was the learning curve for setup and training of the AI. I like the most its user friendly interface which can easily be used for creating a chatbot for your website. I am impressed with its free one which can give you 500 messages which is fine to start with and check it is reliable or not. It is powered by chatgpt open ai which is cool.
