Chasivo Reviews & Product Details

Chasivo is an AI-powered accounts receivable platform for freelancers, solopreneurs, and small agencies. It handles the part of invoicing most people avoid: actually chasing payment. Chasivo builds a payment profile for each customer based on their actual history; how long they typically take, whether they respond to reminders, how far past due they usually run, then writes the follow-up email based on profile. You get a risk score per invoice that flags which payments are likely to go late before the due date arrives. The AI drafts the follow-up. You review it in co-pilot mode or let autopilot run the full sequence. Either way, the email goes out from your mailbox, your name, your domain, your inbox. Customers see a message from you, not from software they've never heard of. Their reply lands back in your inbox. Per-invoice risk scoring. AI-written follow-ups that adjust by escalation stage. Gmail OAuth sending. Customer payment profiling. A unified inbox with Gmail sync and threaded conversations. An action center that surfaces what needs attention across all customers. Free plan available. Paid plans start at $19/month. 14-day free trial, no credit card required.
