I like that Chargeblast is very easy to use, which really helps our workflow. The customer service stands out as very friendly and helpful, making the experience even better, especially Janry Buno was very helpful. The Slack integration is very helpful for ensuring our manager doesn't miss any alerts. The initial setup of Chargeblast was very easy, and they are also very helpful if you need any assistance. Side, but more on how payment processing works as a whole, which is we get alert fee charged for every part of the transaction, but that is not on Chargeblast fault. So that would be, again, on the payment processing side where one order or one customer can have multiple payment transactions resulting in us paying the alert fee on each transaction.
