I had a negative experience with Changelly, as they have not returned my 2.18 BTC or converted it to USDT as intended, even after completing all KYC and AML processes and proving the legality of my funds. I am frustrated by what I perceive as a scam-like behavior from Changelly, as they have neither returned my funds nor provided the expected service.
