Cevrynt MCA Underwriting & LOS Software Reviews & Product Details

Cevrynt is AI-assisted MCA underwriting software with a built-in CRM, built for U.S. merchant cash advance (MCA) funders, alternative lenders and revenue-based finance companies. It takes a deal from the first submission to an evidence-linked underwriting memo, then carries the same record through offers, contracts, funding and servicing. Most funders split this work across a CRM, spreadsheets, bank statement tools and email. Every handoff means re-keyed numbers and lost context. Cevrynt keeps the whole deal in one record. How it works: Intake and document intelligence: each submission lands against one deal. Bank statements, applications and IDs are classified, and key fields are extracted with a link back to the source page. Bank statement and cash-flow analysis: true revenue (excluding transfers), average daily balance, negative-balance days, NSFs, deposit trends, and existing MCA positions and stacking. Business verification (KYB): business identity is checked across the application, filings and bank account, with any mismatches shown. Fraud and risk signals: document and data inconsistencies are flagged for a person to review, never treated as a verdict. Policy engine: the funder’s own credit rules are applied one by one, marked pass, fail or needs judgment, with exceptions left open. Underwriting memo: an evidence-linked memo is produced in minutes. Every figure opens back to the statement page and line it came from, and reviewer notes, overrides and reanalysis history stay on the file. After the decision, Cevrynt’s built-in MCA CRM runs the deal: 1. a deal pipeline from submission to funding 2. ISO and broker management with submissions and commissions 3. offers built from the funder’s own pricing and terms 4. contracts, e-signature Who it’s for: underwriting, credit, risk and operations teams at MCA funders and alternative lenders who want faster, more consistent reviews they can defend, without giving up control of the decision. What Cevrynt is not: Cevrynt is not a lender and does not fund deals or guarantee funding. It never approves or declines automatically and does not issue credit scores. Offers come only from the funder’s own terms and go out only when the funder decides. Underwriters make every final decision. Integrations are scoped with each team before a pilot.
