Cevanos Reviews & Product Details

Cevanos is a customer-facing AI agent platform for customer service, support and sales. Its AI customer service agents don't just answer questions from your knowledge base. They resolve requests end to end by taking action in the systems you already use: tracking orders, processing eligible refunds, changing bookings, updating accounts, booking appointments and capturing leads. What makes Cevanos different is built-in AI governance. The AI handles the conversation, while a deterministic policy engine decides what it is allowed to do. Before any consequential action, Cevanos checks customer identity, eligibility, transaction limits and approval thresholds, then executes, escalates to a human or declines, and records every step in an audit trail. Your policies become rules the agent never breaks, not prompts it might ignore. Deploy one AI agent across website chat, email, WhatsApp, Telegram and voice, with human handoff whenever a case needs a person. 40+ native integrations connect Cevanos to your help desk, CRM, e-commerce and billing stack, including Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe and Attio. Cevanos is built for SaaS and tech companies, e-commerce brands, travel and hospitality, fitness and wellness studios, HVAC and home-service businesses, and education teams that want customer service automation without giving up control.
