**What do you like best about Certo?**

Certo instantly identifies which EU directives apply to any product and generates compliant importer label text in both English and German. The pre-shipment checker gives a clear PASS/FAIL verdict before the shipment leaves the factory, saving hours of manual research.

**What do you dislike about Certo?**

The tool currently covers individual product checks. A batch upload feature for multiple SKUs at once would be useful for importers managing large product catalogs.

**What problems is Certo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EU import compliance is complex and expensive to navigate. Importers and Amazon sellers waste hours researching which directives apply to their products and what documents are needed.
