Part numbers are pre loaded and regulations are clearly defined. I can download the parts to excel very easily. Customer support is quick to repsond to any questions or concerns. REACH Regulations are split into (3)individual catergories-My suppliers send me 1 declaration for all REACH, I wish there was an option to declare for all at once, especially when I am dealing with so many parts (232) at once and they all are the same. If I have a part that is no longer supplied, I have no option to declare that to go back to Customer. I wish there were other options than to "just declare" for the regulation. Going back forth with the Customer, however I wish that there were more options other than just "declaring" though. The staff and the work they do with the platform has really helped us meet our goals to manage our supply chains. We are a small to medium sized Medical Device Company that is under a large amount of growth and it has been difficult to assign resources to this area for us. With Assent's help we are complying. I hate not being able to spend the time that is really needed to manage our program. Assent stays on top of everything happening around the world and helps us to meet requirements and stay up to date.
