The program was easy to use from the set-up and creation of the certificates to importing names of recipients. It is really helpful to be able to see if the certificate bounced, had been opened, etc. If participants happened to need certificates re-shared, the process of logging in and looking up the participant was also very simple and easy and we were able to address needs very quickly.
