Certain Reviews & Product Details

Certain is a cloud-based ERP platform purpose-built for small and medium-sized businesses (PyMEs) in Chile. Unlike imported ERPs with local patches, Certain was designed from day one around Chilean tax regulations, electronic invoicing (facturación electrónica), and SII (Servicio de Impuestos Internos) compliance. Built on the proven ERPNext/Frappe framework with a modern custom Vue.js frontend, Certain delivers an intuitive, browser-based experience for managing your entire business from a single platform — no installations, no spreadsheets, no disconnected tools. Core Capabilities: • Electronic Invoicing & SII Compliance — Native integration with Chile's tax authority for automated DTE (Documento Tributario Electrónico) processing. Issue facturas, boletas, notas de crédito, and guías de despacho seamlessly. Automated CAF folio management and F29 tax reporting support included. • Full Accounting Suite — General ledger, chart of accounts aligned with Chilean PCGA/IFRS standards, accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliation, cost centers, and complete financial statements. • Inventory Management — Multi-warehouse stock tracking, purchase orders, sales orders, real-time inventory valuation, and stock movement history. • AI-Powered Automation — Built-in artificial intelligence features for expense classification, invoice data extraction via OCR, intelligent bank reconciliation suggestions, SII compliance coaching alerts, and smart DTE description generation — optimized for low-cost, high-accuracy results. • Modern Cloud Architecture — Deployed on Kubernetes with GitOps workflows, ensuring high availability, automatic updates, data isolation per client (multi-tenancy), and enterprise-grade security. Who Is Certain For? Certain is ideal for Chilean small and medium businesses that need an affordable, modern ERP to eliminate the complexity of tax compliance while providing enterprise-grade operational features. It's the perfect solution for companies transitioning from spreadsheets, legacy desktop software, or generic international ERPs that don't understand Chilean tributaria.
