CentaurNexus Reviews & Product Details

CentaurNexus is the sovereign management cockpit for organizations running Zscaler. Instead of switching between multiple views, CentaurNexus brings all relevant information from your Zscaler services (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, etc.) into a single view - for enterprise IT teams, helpdesk organizations and managed service providers. For the helpdesk: The 360-degree user view (UserLens/OmniLens) shows all relevant information about a user and his devices in one view. First-level Supportes can resolve more on their own and optimize ticket dispatching - role-based, login domain based without privileged admin rights. RootCause answers "is it Zscaler or not?" in plain language, etc. For administrators: Analyse rules, simulate policy changes before they go live (TestFlight) and roll them back in one click (Time Travel). Four-eyes approvals and a complete audit trail protect critical changes. For MSPs: manage all tenants from one cockpit - cross-tenant, with a compliance overview (NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001) and under your own brand (white-labeling). Sovereign by design, local everywhere: you choose the region your data lives in - Europe today (STACKIT, Germany, GDPR-compliant), with US and Asia-Pacific regions in build-out. Its self-protecting administration layer (VigilGate) is patent-pending at the German Patent and Trademark Office. CentaurNexus is the optimal complement to your Zscaler security stack.
