Technical service is good. I started with Panther, and they bought Panther. After that no service at all. **What do you dislike about CDNetworks CDN?** PRicing is expensive. There are other alternatives that are more cost efficient and not as burdensome to set up. The biling and customer service is not clear and tricky. Is better to not start a business relationship with them. **Recommendations to others considering CDNetworks CDN:** Deceitful pricing structures, poor customer service once you sign up. There are other options with better value for your money that are easier to implement and have better customer service **What problems is CDNetworks CDN solving and how is that benefiting you?** Content Delivery Network. It is stable. REports are not reliable. We had the lowest traffic in months because of a natural disaster, we notified we wanted to cancel the service and suddenly the traffic reports in CDNetworks (only on their reports, not on the other traffic reports we have) more than doubled and the monhtly bill doubled too. Just because they measured it in their own devices. ### 3. Good CDN for media, dynamic and static contents **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2019 **What do you like best about CDNetworks CDN?** We are using CDNetworks for media, static and dynamic content serving and especially we integrated their services for dynamic contents and it is working well **What do you dislike about CDNetworks CDN?** Their services working perfect but their response time for urgent issues is some times slow also they some local (from Turkey) access problems after they switched any cast dns operation and some times it can be painful for us. **What problems is CDNetworks CDN solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are very happy with their dynamic CDN services and with this service we are masking our backend systems related problems with their shield and edge caching services ### 4. Incredible speed and reliability are the primary focus. Majority of customers are always in close proximity to a server. Rarely causes headaches! **What do you dislike about CDNetworks CDN?** Expensive and the fact you have to get into a contract is a stressful considering the fact you may not like it after a few months. **Recommendations to others considering CDNetworks CDN:** It is rather affordable if you are okay with being in a contract, the customer service is excellent and the web service keeps surprising us every day. **What problems is CDNetworks CDN solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were testing out a new web service and CDNetworks was recommended. For the speed and how effective it was we were highly surprised. ### 5. It's fast and stable. **What do you dislike about CDNetworks CDN?** Not very much to dislike despite the romours of the bad working conditions it's employees claim to have.
