"Deceitful pricing and customer service practices"

What do you like best about CDNetworks CDN?

not much to like. Technical service is good. I started with Panther, and they bought Panther. After that no service at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CDNetworks CDN?

PRicing is expensive. There are other alternatives that are more cost efficient and not as burdensome to set up. The biling and customer service is not clear and tricky. Is better to not start a business relationship with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering CDNetworks CDN:

Deceitful pricing structures, poor customer service once you sign up. There are other options with better value for your money that are easier to implement and have better customer service Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CDNetworks CDN solving and how is that benefiting you?

Content Delivery Network. It is stable. REports are not reliable. We had the lowest traffic in months because of a natural disaster, we notified we wanted to cancel the service and suddenly the traffic reports in CDNetworks (only on their reports, not on the other traffic reports we have) more than doubled and the monhtly bill doubled too. What do you like best about CDNetworks CDN?

We are using CDNetworks for media, static and dynamic content serving and especially we integrated their services for dynamic contents and it is working well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CDNetworks CDN?

Their services working perfect but their response time for urgent issues is some times slow also they some local (from Turkey) access problems after they switched any cast dns operation and some times it can be painful for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CDNetworks CDN?

Excellent for a small business for effective web accelerator solutions. Incredible speed and reliability are the primary focus. Majority of customers are always in close proximity to a server. Rarely causes headaches! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Expensive and the fact you have to get into a contract is a stressful considering the fact you may not like it after a few months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
