Core Features: • Customizable Compliance: Start with a standard template checklist, then add, remove, or flag required documents based on your specific transaction types. • Automated Commission Calculations: Configure split, cap, and flat-fee plans per agent to automatically generate accurate Commission Disbursement Authorizations (CDAs) at close. • Role-Based Workflows: Tailored dashboards with distinct permission levels for Admins, Brokers, and Agents to track deals cleanly from contract to final payout. • Clean Intake Pipeline: Enter and track residential or commercial transactions quickly without dealing with complex, legacy spreadsheets.
