Castellan Reviews & Product Details

Castellan is an AI coworker for property management teams. Instead of another system to adopt, it works in the software your team already uses and is built to take on the day-to-day work of property management: answering leads and booking tours, triaging maintenance requests and dispatching vendors, following up on late rent, and drafting owner reports for your review. It follows your team's SOPs and approval limits, and hands anything that needs a person to your staff with the full history. Across Castellan customers, the median reply to a new lead's text is 15 seconds, and 1 in 3 leads gets a tour booked by Castellan.
