"Caseworks Pro" is a great software that allows you in tracking, claim management features and provide management reporting. I also provide a special executive dashboard with scheduled payments. Casework Pro also provides Automated Form Letters which can be very helpful for many users. The setup is very easy and user-friendly. Anyone can get started quickly. The user interface is very clear and you can easily understand where to find anything in the software. Another important thing I would like to mention is that customer support is also very good. I think overall casework Pro is a great software and you should definitely check this out because the price is very reasonable when compared to the features you are getting. Although, everything is great but I think, the claims notes and monitoring could have been much better. Also, the automated forms and monitoring system is a little slow. We've experienced some difficulty with our audio/video on our program, but Northwoods is actively resolving this issue. They understand the roles and hoops that social workers encounter daily, and they seriously consider that as they design and continue to improve their projects.
