It also helped many of the users to claim their insurance on time and the prcessing time lie and it's cost considerably less **What do you dislike about CaseworksPro?** I dont have any disputes or dislikes over the application. But it's very useful to the users by enhancing the user interface and user experice part of the application **Recommendations to others considering CaseworksPro:** If you are really looking for the software which helps us in the insurance technology solutions, then it's a your cup of tea. and also it helps the user in terms of applying and claiming the insurance in a highly peculiar way **What problems is CaseworksPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Now a days everywhere turns out to the paper less works. In that case, the caseworks pro is acting in a greatway, beaceus earlier days we have to do the multiple paper works in our organisarion and also the followups is also very tedious for the insurance and it's claiming part. I also provide a special executive dashboard with scheduled payments. Casework Pro also provides Automated Form Letters which can be very helpful for many users. The setup is very easy and user-friendly. Anyone can get started quickly. The user interface is very clear and you can easily understand where to find anything in the software. Another important thing I would like to mention is that customer support is also very good. I think overall casework Pro is a great software and you should definitely check this out because the price is very reasonable when compared to the features you are getting. **What do you dislike about CaseworksPro?** Although, everything is great but I think, the claims notes and monitoring could have been much better. Also, the automated forms and monitoring system is a little slow. Also, the user interface is a bit old. I think CaseWorkPro can make some improvements here. Apart grom this everything is good only. **Recommendations to others considering CaseworksPro:** Definitely a good product. Worth a try. The features you get are great at such a price. SOme of the features are it is Fully Web Based and supports Mobile Devices. The Program/Treaty Setup is very easy and anyone can easy do it, you can also do the Policy Data Capture. It allows you to Check Printing and do Claim Notes and Monitoring. Other important feature is that CaseworkPro provided User Defined Access Permissions along with Electronic Reporting and Management Reports. **What problems is CaseworksPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used CaseWorks Pro to identify and provide multiple features while implementing a claim management solution for one of the project we were worked on. Some of the benefits of using CaseWorkPro are Policy Data Capture and electronic reporting. ### 3. They are there to listen and provide support. I also appreciate their knowledge of implementation science **What do you dislike about CaseworksPro?** We've experienced some difficulty with our audio/video on our program, but Northwoods is actively resolving this issue. They understand the roles and hoops that social workers encounter daily, and they seriously consider that as they design and continue to improve their projects **What problems is CaseworksPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are getting rid of our old paper files and are becoming more efficient which is especially helpful in this current remote environment. We use tableau as a BI tool with this. It helps to separate data and business metrics from different customers. **What do you dislike about CaseworksPro?** There is a little bit of latency when we plug in with tableau as the loading reports take some time. Also when auto-update ask for this software then it raise some issue **What problems is CaseworksPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have used this software to handle a massive caseload which increases performance and saves time.
