What do you like best about CaseworksPro?

It has been providing a software solution to the property and casuality insurance and reinsurance industry for many years. It also helped many of the users to claim their insurance on time and the prcessing time lie and it's cost considerably less Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CaseworksPro?

What do you like best about CaseworksPro?

"Caseworks Pro" is a great software that allows you in tracking, claim management features and provide management reporting. I also provide a special executive dashboard with scheduled payments. Casework Pro also provides Automated Form Letters which can be very helpful for many users. The setup is very easy and user-friendly. Anyone can get started quickly. The user interface is very clear and you can easily understand where to find anything in the software. Another important thing I would like to mention is that customer support is also very good. I think overall casework Pro is a great software and you should definitely check this out because the price is very reasonable when compared to the features you are getting. What do you dislike about CaseworksPro?

Although, everything is great but I think, the claims notes and monitoring could have been much better. Also, the automated forms and monitoring system is a little slow. Also, the user interface is a bit old. I think CaseWorkPro can make some improvements here. Apart grom this everything is good only. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CaseworksPro?

The things I like best about northwoods are their web based traverse system and their customer service. They are there to listen and provide support. I also appreciate their knowledge of implementation science Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CaseworksPro?

We've experienced some difficulty with our audio/video on our program, but Northwoods is actively resolving this issue. They understand the roles and hoops that social workers encounter daily, and they seriously consider that as they design and continue to improve their projects Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CaseworksPro?

By using this product casework pro as a case management tool to handle and solve the streamlined mass caseload. We use tableau as a BI tool with this. It helps to separate data and business metrics from different customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CaseworksPro?

There is a little bit of latency when we plug in with tableau as the loading reports take some time. Also when auto-update ask for this software then it raise some issue Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
