**What do you like best about Caruso?**

The ease of use from an admin point of view but also from the investors point of view. The Caruso team ensured that we had a smooth implementation from our old system into the Caruso platform, and the continue to give ongoing support to our team.  The one standout improvement we have found is that with the help of Caruso, we now have a single source of truth which all our business units have oversight of, and we no longer have to do a lot of manual processing or reporting.

**What do you dislike about Caruso?**

Nothing from us at this point. Caruso continue to be open to listening to any feedback we have supplied in relation to the platform and functionality.

**What problems is Caruso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous platform wasnt overly user friendly and our investor onboarding was a manual process which meant paper based, reporting between business units also had to be done manually and offline via excel sheets. We now have a single source of truth which all business units have access to and we have been able to cut down nearly all manual reporting.  We now also can onboard our new investors via the portal which prompts them for all the information required and there is no need for paper at all.

**What do you like best about Caruso?**

I find Caruso incredibly beneficial due to its ability to facilitate the presentation of offers to investors while maintaining flexibility. This flexibility is crucial as it allows us to consider various product offerings in the future, thus enhancing our operational capabilities. The system's efficiency in reaching a broader investor base quickly and managing inquiries effectively stands out as a major advantage. Its comprehensive functionality also enables us to manage multiple different products within the same platform, eliminating the need for multiple disparate systems. This integration simplifies our processes significantly, making them more streamlined and efficient. Furthermore, the initial setup of Caruso was very easy. The clarity of the transition plan and the well-managed process ensured a smooth transition, showcasing its user-friendly nature and efficiency.

**What problems is Caruso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Caruso to manage investor portals, eliminating the need for multiple manual systems. It benefits us by allowing flexible offer presentations and quick investor outreach while managing multiple products within one system.

Caruso has been great to work with. The team is highly solutions-driven and supported us throughout the entire onboarding process. The platform offers strong functionality, is intuitive to use, and has made both implementation and ongoing use straightforward for our team and clients.

**What do you dislike about Caruso?**

There are a few features that are still in development and not fully ready yet. This occasionally limited what we could do on the platform and required workarounds, which added extra steps to our workflow.

Caruso is helping streamline and solve internal bookbuilding processes, making our workflows more efficient and organised.

**What do you like best about Caruso?**

Caruso’s investor portal has significantly improved how we communicate with and report to our investors — it’s intuitive, professional, and easy to navigate. The onboarding team were responsive and listened to our unique requirements, finding configurations that met our needs. Features are regularly released and the speed of development is impressive.

**What do you dislike about Caruso?**

Onboarding did take longer than expected, but we were a unique use-case with configurations that adapted through time.

**What problems is Caruso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inefficient investor communication and document repository  (previously fragmented or manual ways of staying in touch with investors) including seamless investor onboarding flows.

**What do you like best about Caruso?**

Our organisation implemented Caruso in mid 2024. The transition was very seamless, largely due to the expertise and efficiency of the Caruso implementation team.  Since launch we have received positive reviews from our investors and many enjoy being able to access the portal and related documents themselves.  Overall, Caruso has saved our organisation alot of time and money and it's great having the customer support team on hand to promptly assist us.

**What do you dislike about Caruso?**

Nothing I would say that I dislike about the system, but will be good when it is used more widely across the industry.

**What problems is Caruso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous system was very manual.  Integrating payments, distribution statements, tax statements, etc. has been a big time saver for our organisation!
