I like that Capitaliz is specifically custom built for exit planning, which makes it particularly suited to my needs. It's easy to use, which is important to me. The dynamic valuation it offers is very helpful, and both my clients and I find the Gantt chart showing the action plan popular. It provides a framework for working with clients that adds incredible value, and its online training and customer support are good.
