CallFundr Reviews & Product Details

CallFundr absorbs the overflow. Built for HVAC shops your size, it connects the work from the first call through dispatch, customer updates, invoicing and follow-up. Answer. Capture. Dispatch. Update. Follow up. CallFundr answers calls during busy periods and after hours, captures the customer and job details, and follows your shop's booking and routing rules. Jobs move onto a dispatch board and out to technicians by text. Customers receive appointment and service-status updates, while your office keeps control of scheduling, escalation and human handoffs. The Customer Center brings service history, equipment records, maintenance memberships and replacement opportunities together. Technicians use a mobile web app to view jobs, add photos, update status and flag aging equipment. Depending on the plan, they can build itemized invoices, collect card payments through the shop's own Stripe account, record cash/check payments and enroll maintenance members. Reports help the office track the work. Built by an operator with 25 years in HVAC, CallFundr adapts to how your shop runs. It helps owners, dispatchers and office teams keep jobs moving when calls stack up and follow-up gets pushed aside. Start with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. Basic, Revenue Builder and Scale plans are available, with limited Founding 25 pricing. See callfundr.com/pricing for current details. Hear the demo at (813) 725-9605.
