Caelum is a UK care management platform built for providers who are tired of being charged per client, having features locked behind tiers, and being trapped by data they cannot export. It supports domiciliary, residential and supported living services from a single tenant, with a service-type flag rather than separate modules. The platform covers care planning, eMAR, rostering, family portal, CQC evidence packs, supported living modules, clinical assessments, MCA and DoLS workflows, safeguarding, recruitment, payroll, Xero integration, micro-learning, AI care-plan drafting, benchmarks, a carer mobile app and free data export. Pricing is flat per team size. Starter (up to 10 carers) £149/mo, Growth (up to 25 carers) £299/mo, Professional (up to 50 carers) £599/mo. Founding-member rate (£99/£199/£349/mo) available for the next 15 providers, locked for life. A free Solo tier with full feature parity is available for independent carers (1 carer, 2 people supported). Built and run by a CQC-registered care provider (SAL Healthcare), so the workflows match how a real domiciliary service operates. 30-day data export window if you ever leave. No retention scripts, no penalty.
