C360 Reviews & Product Details

C360 is a unified communications platform built specifically for organisations running Microsoft Teams, from Conversant Technology, which has spent around 15 years working inside the Microsoft stack. Rather than bolting on separate tools for calling, contact centre, recording and reporting, C360 integrates with Teams native technologies and brings telephony, contact centre routing, call recording and analytics together in one dashboard, so teams get a single, consistent view of communication performance instead of logging into four different portals. Direct Routing covers local and toll-free numbers across 65 countries, and the contact centre module handles queue-based routing across Teams alongside WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and X, so customer conversations land in one place regardless of channel. Recording and compliance features support GDPR, PCI and HIPAA requirements, with everything centrally reportable rather than scattered across separate systems. C360 comes in three tiers built on the same underlying platform, so moving between them doesn't mean re-platforming. C360 Lite covers essential telephony and basic recording for smaller teams. C360 Plus adds contact centre routing, automation and AI-driven insights for growing businesses. C360 Premium adds quality management, sentiment analysis and compliance reporting for regulated enterprises. It's built for organisations already invested in Microsoft Teams who want to extend it rather than replace it, whether that's a small team moving off a basic phone system, a growing business managing more customer interactions, or a regulated enterprise needing stronger governance over its call data. The goal is fewer vendors and fewer disconnected systems, with one place to see how communication is actually performing.
