Not a bad service desk application and this can be used for other organizations (not just IT). You can set up which services you want done and then allocate them to other people on your team, they get a notification and can do it on their own time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is an easy to use application. Its lite version can be accessed by most smart phones. It has an inbuilt chat application which is an effective communication tool. The built in SLA levels bring about a sense of accountability in the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
