They are very responsive. **What do you dislike about Busy Human?** Nothing to dislike about them. Since this is required, I would say that they work on Fridays. My office is closed on Fridays, so if Busy Human tried to contact me on Friday, it would have to sit until I got back into the office on Monday. Not really a complaint. **Recommendations to others considering Busy Human:** Go with them! **What problems is Busy Human solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our website was janky. We worked with Busy Human to get it polished up and looking good. They were so great to work with and followed up with us when we had questions or when they needed clarification. They are upfront abot their pricing, what is included and what isn't. I appreciated them being able to take my vision of what I wanted and for them to translate that into a great working website. ### 2. Those business operations would include setting up a 'front end' of our website with information for customers to review as well as, a 'back end' of our website where people can create an account, schedule appointments, and make online payments. It has enabled us to propel our business forward into the vision we had for our company. ### 4.
