**What do you like best about Business Directory Plugin?**

I find the Business Directory works consistently well, with a nice selection of themes. I have to credit their customer service department, which has historically been good and now is even a bit better. Makes a big difference!

**What do you dislike about Business Directory Plugin?**

There are some features that I've thought could be better, but certainly nothing major. When I've submitted support tickets, they get attended to and/or I get a reply quickly

**What problems is Business Directory Plugin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's the essential plugin for my business model. It's provided a clean and simple interface for users. Search function is rapid and accurate.
