BulkOffice TMS Reviews & Product Details

BulkOffice TMS is a cloud transportation management system for bulk, tank, and full truckload carriers. It runs the full dispatch to cash cycle in one system. Load planning on a single timeline, dispatch and driver assignment, driver mobile workflows, document management, billing and accessorials, DOE fuel surcharge automation, driver settlements and payroll, EDI, and exception handling. Multi-company and multi terminal-carriers run every operating company on one system. Bulk carriers get the workflows general trucking software leaves out, including tank wash and vac scheduling and equipment and commodity compatibility checks. Our system automates critical processes including planning, dispatching, invoicing, billing, fuel schedules, and settlement, ensuring your operations run smoothly and efficiently. Security is our top priority. BulkOffice is fortified with nine layers of built-in security, including industry-standard multi-factor authentication and comprehensive document and application security. Every customer runs in an isolated environment on the MAS metadata platform. That means your data stays yours, your tools stay connected, and the software evolves with your operation instead of locking you into someone else’s roadmap. MAS handles the infrastructure your team shouldn’t have to think about: security, APIs, databases, and cloud architecture. What you see is a TMS that moves as fast as your business does. Hundreds of integrations across EDI, ELD, HR, payroll, Microsoft 365, custom APIs, and much more. Built for carriers running roughly 50 trucks and up, including multi-company groups replacing legacy systems such as TMW.Suite, TruckMate, McLeod, or an AS/400.
