Honestly, there isn't much to dislike about Bubbles. The platform already covers most of what I need on a daily basis and has become an important part of my workflow.

If I had to mention something, I would love to see even more integrations with third-party tools and project management platforms in the future. While the existing integrations work very well, deeper connections with additional business and productivity tools would make the experience even more seamless.

Occasionally, when introducing new team members or clients to the platform, some advanced features can be overlooked simply because Bubbles offers more functionality than users initially realize. A few additional onboarding tips or feature discovery elements could help users unlock the full potential of the platform even faster.

I like about this Bubbles platform is it simplifies synchronous collaboration across multiple cross-functional teams. Rather than scheduling meetings or writing long emails, we can record our screen and voice while leaving timestamp Commons directly on the videos. Their AI-generated meeting notes and summaries, along with the action items and transcript saves a lot of manual work, which will be taken care of in the meeting. Why is this platform is very easy to use, but some of the AI-powered features and collaboration capabilities are reserved only on paid plans. They can also build more advanced workplace management and reporting features, along with the administrative controls, which would make this platform more effective in terms of its performance. Also, their longer recordings can take some time to process before the AI summary becomes available for our team to grasp. The Bubbles Notetaker is hands down one of the best note taking tools I've used! It makes my day so much easier by automatically capturing and organizing notes from my meetings. I love how it clearly separates the meeting summary from the action items, making it easy to review what was discussed and follow up on next steps without having to dig through long transcripts.

What really stands out is how accurate the notes are. I almost never need to make any edits, which saves me so much time. It allows me to be productive and stay fully present during calls, knowing that all the important information is being captured accurately in the background.

They have emailed multiple clients repeatedely stating that I have invited them to set up an account. After reaching out and asking why these emails were being sent I was givena. general statement saying that they get an email before a meeting. But that they have disabled emails from my account. I just love it! We have been using it from the past few years, especially for design reviews and product feedback. Our team operates 100% remotely and bubbles has become a real game-changer for our internal communication. After introducing some additional features, the simplicity of the app has slightly reduced and there's more learning curve now. The quality of insights and actionable items of their notetaker. I can be fully present in my meetings without worrying about making any notes because I know that everything is being recorded and their AI will summarize everything for me + generate actionable items for everyone involved in the meeting.
