We use TDXchange to transfer financial documents to clients, and receive signed copies in return. The use is pretty basic, but the ease of use is great! It has really streamlined the process of securing sensitive files, and our clients appreciate a non-complicated process. The application integrates well with various systems, and being web based has helped to simplify things as opposed to prior processes we used. The reliability has also been 100%. The ability to quickly add new clients has also helped reduce time involved to onboard. The AI chat bot has been great in locating files quickly without having to provide much in the way of supporting information.
