Bright Canoe Reviews & Product Details

Appointment businesses lose clients every time the phone rings while they’re with someone else. Most callers won’t leave a voicemail; they call the next business on the list. Bright Canoe picks up instead. Its AI receptionist answers on your own local business number, day or night. It knows your services, prices and hours, checks your live calendar, and books the appointment while you keep working. No callback, no double-booking. It only says what you’ve approved. The receptionist answers from your website, documents and policies. When a question isn’t covered, it takes the caller’s details or forwards the call to you instead of guessing. You can test it with your own questions in a sandbox before any customer hears it, and chosen numbers and urgent calls still ring straight through to your phone. Every caller becomes a client record. Bright Canoe greets returning clients by name and saves everyone who calls, whether or not they book, so no lead slips away. Booking that protects your time. Clients book from your booking page, your website, or a phone call. Collect deposits or hold a card on file under your own cancellation policy, offer add-ons at checkout, and send SMS reminders to clients who opted in. Mobile and on-site businesses can account for travel time between appointments. Grows with your team. Paid plans add team scheduling, e-signatures, session packages, a chat assistant for your website, AI outbound sales calls, and a branded domain. Built for salons, barbershops, spas, clinics, massage and wellness providers, and home and field service businesses such as HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
