The greatest up side to using Breadcrumb would definitely be the prompt and effective support. We've worked with Breadcrumb for a number of years now and to date they have always been really helpful whenever we've reached out. Its extremely useful to have small issues resolved immediately to ensure it doesn't affect work flow or productivity.
Company culture shows they all have the same goal/values and strive to improve their system while foresting relationships with users.
Finally the way the accept and implement feedback. As we use this software on a daily basis we have constantly give feedback on ways to improve usability and it all gets taken on board and implemented in some capacity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
