OpenSign Reviews & Product Details

OpenSign is a retail point-of-sale system that unifies register operations, inventory management, loyalty programs, and online storefronts into one platform. It maintains a shared catalog that updates seamlessly between in-store and online sales channels. OpenSign supports multiple payment options, including Stripe Terminal, WisePOS, and Bluetooth readers, and accommodates flat pricing and price-by-weight models for items like produce and bulk goods. AI features enable staff to photograph inventory for automatic identification and pricing suggestions, while an AI-powered admin center aids stock management and pricing decisions. Designed for multi-location operations, it maintains shared loyalty profiles and carts across stores. White-labeled customer-facing elements support retailer branding, and the online store integrates with WordPress and Wix. Local-first functionality ensures uninterrupted sales during outages, syncing to the cloud when connectivity is restored.
