Bourd is an Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) platform that helps marketing teams, in-house SEO leads, and agencies measure how their brand appears in responses generated by large language models, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, DeepSeek, and Meta AI. The platform runs user-defined prompts against these models on a configurable schedule, parses each response for brand mentions and source citations, and reports share of voice against named competitors over time. Sentiment is classified on every response, and content recommendations are generated based on the specific prompts where competitors are receiving citations. Typical use cases include: - Brand visibility tracking in AI search. Monitor whether and how a brand is mentioned across seven AI engines for the prompts its buyers are asking. - Competitive benchmarking. Compare citation share against named competitors, by model and over time. - Content gap analysis. Identify the prompts where competitors are being cited and the source domains those models are citing instead. - Reporting and automation. Use the included REST API and MCP server to bring AEO data into existing dashboards, BI tools, and AI agent workflows. - Multi-brand management. Run tracking across an unlimited number of brands and workspaces within a single account, with aggregated billing. Bourd serves three primary audiences: in-house SEO teams adding LLM visibility to their existing remit, agencies managing AEO across a book of clients, and founders running AEO themselves at early-stage companies. Every feature, including API access, MCP server, coverage of all seven AI engines, SSO, and custom roles, is available on every plan, with no Enterprise tier. Pricing is credit-based and tied to the underlying LLM token cost of each query. Plans start at $69 per month for 25,000 credits, which covers roughly 70 prompts. A Growth plan at $149 per month covers approximately 200 prompts, and a Pro plan at $1,099 per month covers approximately 2,000 prompts for agency and multi-brand use. New accounts receive 1,000 free credits on signup with no credit card required. Unused top-up credits carry over for 12 months. Users, workspaces, and brands are unlimited on all plans. Security practices include annual third-party penetration testing.
