The verification works as expected, before your account gets locked again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our account has been locked or put under review for the third time in two weeks. We have only validated 25k emails so far and that seems to be far too much volume for Bouncify. I have spend hours in chat and writing tickets to support. When you supply them with the information they requested (signing a form, credit card info, the list goes on), they unlock your account, just to lock it again a few days later.
This has nothing to do with security, this is just harassing your customers with useless requests and keeping them from using the service they paid for.
Also:
- The UI is very cluttered and unintuitive. You cannot click into a list to see it's status while it's verifying.
- Live Chat says it's available even when it's not. Have fun waiting 1h+ for no one to answer.
- Support is useless, just sending the same cookiecutter answers over and over again.
If you are looking for a verification partner, you can rely on, look elsewhere. Unfortunately Bouncify is a very unprofessional and unreliable company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
