We have only validated 25k emails so far and that seems to be far too much volume for Bouncify. I have spend hours in chat and writing tickets to support. When you supply them with the information they requested (signing a form, credit card info, the list goes on), they unlock your account, just to lock it again a few days later. This has nothing to do with security, this is just harassing your customers with useless requests and keeping them from using the service they paid for. Also: - The UI is very cluttered and unintuitive. You cannot click into a list to see it's status while it's verifying. - Live Chat says it's available even when it's not. Have fun waiting 1h+ for no one to answer. - Support is useless, just sending the same cookiecutter answers over and over again. If you are looking for a verification partner, you can rely on, look elsewhere.
