I find Bouncify very useful because they provide an API that we have integrated with our application AidaJet. Every time our customers upload subscribers into our AidaJet - AI newsletter generation tool, we use the Bouncify API to ensure their database is updated with valid email IDs. Bouncify helps improve deliverability as it prevents our domain from being blocked by keeping us from sending emails to non-existent email IDs, which is crucial for sending our product updates. I also appreciate how it avoids our Amazon SES accounts from getting blocked and improves our domain reputation by reducing bounces. There are times when Bouncify hangs due to technical issues, and it would be great to have some kind of API response to handle this. The technical issues prevent the Bouncify process from completing, and it affects the integration with the Bouncify API. Although it seems like the issue has reduced lately, it's still something that causes the application to hang occasionally. I like Bouncify because of its ease of use. It's very simple and clear, especially when it comes to the segregation of email IDs post verification. Sometimes when we upload a heavy file, it gets stuck at 99%. Like, it says that it's completed and it's stuck at 99% for a very long time. So we've had this issue. We had to contact support to get this checked. So this has been an issue sometimes for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Bouncify keeps our bounce rates low and protects our sender reputation without adding complexity to our workflow. Its speed and simplicity really stand out, allowing us to verify large lists quickly with clear and easy-to-work-with results. I think more detailed reporting and analytics around verification results would make Bouncify even more useful, especially for teams managing large volumes of email data. I use Bouncify to verify emails, and I really appreciate its bulk verification feature which offers almost 100% accuracy. The accuracy of the results is impressive, leading to a cold email campaign bounce rate of less than 1%. I also like Bouncify’s UI and pricing, which were key reasons for my switch from ZeroBounce. Our account has been locked or put under review for the third time in two weeks. We have only validated 25k emails so far and that seems to be far too much volume for Bouncify. I have spend hours in chat and writing tickets to support. When you supply them with the information they requested (signing a form, credit card info, the list goes on), they unlock your account, just to lock it again a few days later.

This has nothing to do with security, this is just harassing your customers with useless requests and keeping them from using the service they paid for.

Also:

- The UI is very cluttered and unintuitive. You cannot click into a list to see it's status while it's verifying.

- Live Chat says it's available even when it's not. Have fun waiting 1h+ for no one to answer.

- Support is useless, just sending the same cookiecutter answers over and over again.

The best I like about this application is its user interface. We can easily upload a bulk list which is a very simple process and within a few minutes, it provides a clean list of email addresses free from fake, spammy, and non-existing addresses. I love the comprehensive insights provided for each e-mail address, categorizing all of them into different sections according to their deliverability level.
