What problems is Boomi Services and Training solving and how is that benefiting you?

My experience with Boomi Support has been that they are able to resolve basic issues, but they struggle with more complex problems. I also find that their professional services are quite expensive when compared to the quality of support received. Overall, I would describe the value for the price as just okay.
