Right starting from setting up booking pages is very straightforward, and their interface is also very clean and easy to navigate, overall UI is modern. Another best thing I would say is that the calendar synchronisation helps us to prevent double booking, and while automated confirmations and reminder emails reduce no show and eliminate the need for manual follow-ups. The customisation option also allows the booking experience to match the company's branding and creating more professional customer experience. **What do you dislike about booky?** Right from the start, this platform covers the essential scheduling features well, but there is also certain improvements needs to be done in terms of advanced customisation and reporting. And there is more integration with 3rd party applications and additional workflow automation options and deeper analytics for appointment performance would make this platform even stronger. Occasionally, expanding their template and branding options would also make more flexibility in this platform. **What problems is booky solving and how is that benefiting you?** This platform helps us by solving the problem of having back-and-forth communication involved in scheduling meetings and appointments. Customers can view reliable time availability, choose a convenient time, and receive automated confirmation without much human manual coordination. Overall, this has reduced the scheduling conflicts, minimised missed appointments through automated reminders, and allowed our team to spend more time focusing on customers instead of managing calendars. ### 2. It well synced meaning you can access your contents from any device , this lets you read your contents from anywhere you wish. You can also categorize contens, share important links with friends with ease. Whenever I see anything that catches my fancy online, I save it with Booky.
