Key features: 24/7 AI call answering with no busy signals; automated booking, rescheduling, and cancellations with real-time availability; client Q&A handling for pricing, hours, and policies; automatic client profiles with service history; a real-time reporting dashboard; and a customizable AI personality to match your brand. It integrates with Meevo, Mindbody, Phorest, Boulevard, Booker, Zenoti, and Square. Setup is hands-off: the BookingBee team configures everything and hands over a ready-to-use assistant in 3–5 days. The result: no more no-shows, no more missed calls, and a fully booked calendar.
