When vendors create an account, they should be required to enter their first and last name, as well as their company name. In our procurement process, we sometimes work with an individual and other times with a company, so having both sets of details up front would make things clearer. This is an easy to use software that comes with simple tools to carry out your purchasing process.

It is also a time and cost saving tool that enables you to put a purchase order in time and receive the requisitions within time
